The parking process has a direct impact on overall customer satisfaction.
Parking Lot Automation
When the flow of people is high, the demand for parking spaces will increase. Drivers often turn around and look for an open space, which can cause frustration and anxiety. This experience is far from optimal and can affect the customer's mood during their stay. Parking automation aims to solve this challenge and ensure smooth and easy entry and exit. Advanced systems can direct drivers to available parking spaces and utilize a flexible payment process that significantly reduces wait times and associated stress.
Benefits of Parking Lot Automation
Have you ever left home without a wallet and cash? The smartphone has become the new digital wallet, through it you can make cash withdrawals, transfers and payments. There are several options for mobile payments. It's as simple as that. Parking payments can be made through the smartphone, thus avoiding the use of cash, cards and lines at ATMs. KEYTOP knows how important it is to be at the forefront of digitalization and that, in the wake of the pandemic, contactless payment methods have become one of the most important security measures today. The mobile payment solution offers maximum innovation, security and convenience to parking customers.
How does it work?
Customers scan the QR code on the parking lot and are immediately directed to the payment page. Once the payment is completed, the customer exits the parking lot directly with their ticket. Simple and fast, right?
Mobile payment is a great tool that supports the growth of businesses by allowing them to make non-face-to-face collections and make payment from mobile. Digitalization is advancing and so is KEYTOP, and what was once a trend is now a reality. The mobile payment market will continue to grow, as will other contactless payment methods for the security and convenience of the customer.
